Overview

Our returns and refund policy duration is 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

Additionally:

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within the 30 day window.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Any used or washed items
  • Requested Personalized items

There are, however, certain situations where no refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be considered for a refund.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivered.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will begin the processing of your refund if all the requirements are met.

Once processed, your refund will be credited and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund is not received within 2 business days, please check your account again.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not returnable.

Exchanges

We only replace items at no cost if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at coleya@bavuzitrends.com and send your item to: 6901 Okeechobee Blvd, Ste D5 #1097, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, all refunds will be returned to the original purchase method unless a gift credit is requested. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and you would like to complete an exchange, please request the exchange by contacting our customer service department by phone or email with your purchase order and exchange request.  After receiving the original item, the new item will be sent out to the address on the request.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6901 Okeechobee Blvd Ste D5 #1097, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not prepaid.

Depending on destination, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
